I have just completed and submitted the first TelstraClear employee opinion survey. I hope they read my responses. Not much else is news really, went out last night with the boss for a few lagers. Left early though because all of the IS team was up from Wellington. I'll leave it up to your imagination as to why that made me leave early.
In other news just-to-hand, one of the arms/legs/whatever-you-call-them thingies on my glasses has snapped off. This is very annoying. They are still on my face OK, but they get a bit lop sided due to the only-one-thingy phenomina. I bet I didn't spell that properly.
I'll have to go into Takapuna at lunchtime today and organise for an eye test and some new glasses. Like everything in my life, I've been "meaning to do it for a while now" Ain't it always the way. I guess though in the meantime it's time to get out the famous sticky tape.
I've just been on the phone to the insurance company, they'll cover $300 for new ones which is good. Here [removed] is a picture of what they look like at the moment!!
