I'm going to be famous!

Just got up to find an email from one of the guys at ExtremeNetworks. We have a large number of their magical purple switches in our network. When I dyed my hair purple a few months ago I sent them that photo of me with my purple hair. They were really impressed with it, not only was my hair bright purple like their products, but I'm also wearing the purple ExtremeNetworks shirt that they'd given me.

Also, one of the marketing people walked by my cube today (saw the purple hair) and was wondering if he could talk to you about how Extreme and EAPS have been working for your network. It turns out we would be doing a magazine article that will be widely published and you would be a candidate for the Feature.

I'll ask the manager later today if he's cool with me doing it! I don't think this is quite as high profile as my photo on the cover of Time magazine, but I'm sure if I manage to grab this spot, Time magazine will be right around the corner...
