I'm so tired today, that'll teach me for staying out late though. Well not really late, I got home at a bit past midnight when the last bus of the night dropped me off.
Work has been really busy today, it's one of those days where you keep dropping things because someone else rings up with another thing to stress about. I think it's mostly under control though, at least if it's not it's getting there.
I just got off the phone to my girl too, good to talk to her. She's at the ICU with all her workmates in the background hassling her for speaking in english. Little do they know what she's actually saying though hehe.
I went into the big bookstore opposite work yesterday to try and find myself a book on how to speak Brazilian portuguse. There's a guy here at work that speaks a little bit of it, at least enough to understand some. I'll have to start hassling him soon so he can teach me some of the basic stuff. You know, "Hello" "Goodbye" "Can you direct me to the nearest bottle store". All the important ones.
They had 1 small little book on Portuguese and that was it! Not even Brazilian portuguese either (there's a big difference), so that was useless. I was going to hunt around some more yesterday but I never got the chance, I had to head over to Takapuna for a couple of meetings. I ment to do it today also, but alas, too many phone calls not enough time.
My littlest flatmate Annie has taken to calling me "Timmy Cow" of late, it's so funny.
"Timmy Cow, can you get me a dwink of water". She's so cute, she's always asking me if I need a blanket when I flop down on the couch. Sometimes she's a little more demanding and telling me I need a blanket! I'm going to miss having her around and all her little Annie-isms when I move over to the shore.
Our toilet hasn't fallen any futher into the ground, but it does wobble a bit when you sit on it. I'm not sure what's happening with it, I think our landlord is being a bit of a spanner and not really doing much about it. It's going to be a big huge problem when the whole thing just sinks into the ground though. I'll keep you all updated on this exciting issue.
That's about all! I'm just counting down the days! :)

Re: Busy Day with some Random Babblings mixed in for the hell of
i'm sure you'll find a book or even some tapes using the internet bookstores like Amazon or Dymocks or something. You can even get language courses on CD for your computer (not to teach your computer, to teach you).
