Honey Mustard Lamb

Cooked a Honey Mustard Lamb Rack last night. I don't understand why it took twice as long to cook as the recipe said, even though I had it at the right temperature as specified by the recipe. Annoying, means we didn't eat dinner until nearly 10pm (I hadn't started until 8)

Sarah went to her spa thing last night, which I think she enjoyed. I also brought home 3 x boxes of things that'd be delivered to work, including lots of nice new clothes for Sarah.

Looking forward to this weekend, we are doing something apparently related to chickens. What exactly that is though has not been revealed to me.
