I've been feeding my ginger plant every morning (well, it's only 2 mornings so far but that's still good)
It's starting to smell like a major yeast device, so that's a good sign! Hopefully tonight I'll get a chance to put down my beer, it's been SO long did I did that brewing course I think I've forgotten what I have to do! I know the basics, but I want to remember when we put in our additions, I've got corriander and orange to add to the barrel. Yummo!!
