Two Front Teeth

Beth's two front teeth come out on Monday (20th).  The first one came out during the day, and the second one came out that night when I got her out of the bath, I rubbed the towel around her mouth to get it clean and she protested "Daddy look what you've done" and she held up the other one.  The tooth fairy gave her two $5 notes for her troubles.  Lucky the tooth fairy went up to the dairy earlier that day to get some change for the first tooth and ended up with two $5's!  Beth put them in a container under her pillow and was quite happy to see she'd earned herself $10.  She now speakths with the cutesth lisp, which she doesn't like being teased about.  Little sausage, growing up so quickly.

Otherwise I fairly standard work-at-home week.  We come out of Level 4 on Tuesday, right after the ANZAC long weekend.  Takeaways is what the entire country is looking forward to, so trying to get them is going to be an utter shitshow.

We caught up with Ben and Di last night on Zoom, sat down and had a chat over a few cocktails.  Was good fun.  I had some of my homebrews, one has turned out really really good, the other one I have named "DogRocket" because it tastes like a dog but is very high alcohol content.  So drinking it is like riding a rocket.  Not recommended.

Everyone's good though, Biscuit's happy to have people to play with all the time, Beth's been getting a lot of mileage out of him.  Theo's happy, though probably a bit bored sometimes. He's been outside riding his bike, I've taken them for a few after-work walks to burn off some of the energy they have.
