Well I'm not actually moving out just yet. But I've found a really nice place in Mt Eden which I'll be moving into in a few weeks. It's a really nice big room in the front of a nice house, the 2 people living there are really cool, and there's a massive deck out the back and a huge backyard. It's also directly opposite Eden Park, which is where they have all the big sporting events in Auckland. Means I can cruise over and watch the cricket when it's on!
So I'm glad to have found a place, especially one this cool. I'll give my 2 weeks notice here on Monday. I've no idea how I'm going to move all my stuff out there. I suppose I can hire a car or something. I'll figure it out.
It's finally offical. We're buying Juniper Routers for our new core network. Much better than the Cisco's, and hopefully they actually have support that's decent.
Ryan (Tegan's BF) arrived in on his Navy boat on Thursday. I met up with him and his navy mates at the pub on Thursday night and had a few lagers. Or maybe more than a few. Rya, if you're reading this, have you still got that Taxi Drivers ID card?? He's probably still looking for it.
Friday was good too, we went out for lunch with Mark Turney (account manager) at WildFire. I think I've mentioned WildFire here before, but it won't hurt to again. They bring out all this really lusho meat on skewers and you can just keep eating and eating. It's totally fantastic. It's almost like an "all you can eat" Ball 'n' Chain.
Well that's enough for today. I'm having a quiet night at home tonight. I can't be bothered doing anything. Mr Pizza man is on his way as I type this.
