The Flattening Machine

Submitted by TiM on

On Tuesday night Beth came upstairs about 10pm.  We heard her before she was even on the stairs, the sobbing and wailing gives away the fact she's up and awake.  I intercepted her on the stairs to see what the problem was and in a panic she asked me where the "Flattening Machine" was.  Poor sausage.  I took her upstairs and she jumped in bed between between Sarah and I.  After 10 minutes of just general sobbing and wailing that no words could settle, she properly woke up and was happy to be walked back downstairs to hop in and be tucked into her bed.

Poor little chicken.  She seems to have these bad dreams about 2-3 times a month.  When we asked her the next morning about the flattening machine she thought we were making it up, even though she could remember being walked back downstairs she wasn't really sure how she'd got up there.  I think it's pretty impressive she can be awake but really be fully asleep!

Who knows what a flattening machine might be...
