recipes for rob's delicious chicken fillet burgers:
nb the breasts don't have to be all that thick so you can slice them lengthwise if they are too high.
1. roll skinless breast in sauce (eg bbq, sweet chilli, satay)
2. drop into flour
3. roll into breadcrumbs
4. repeat process
5. run round the room threatening to touch people with saucy breadcrumbed hands
6. spray with canola oil or something and bbq or fry.
7. eat in bread or a tortilla wrap or something. yummy!
