New Look and General Ramblings
I've changed the look of the site a bit. I think it looks a bit better than before. The conference finished yesterday, so we had to pack up all the gear we'd brought in. We didn't realise how much there was until we had to pack it all back into boxes and cart them off to the waiting trucks. Happy Happy Joy etc...
So once we got packed up we all went off to the pub for a well earned Guiness and some food. Have you ever eaten that blue vein cheese stuff? Ugh. I don't know what the deal with the stuff is, but I know now for a fact I'd rather eat the mold out of the bottom of my shower than eat the mold in that cheese ever again. How I managed to stop myself throwing up on everyone there I'll never know. Anyway, Tim's No1 NZ tip: Don't eat the blue vein cheese. Erk.
Still haven't been paid yet. And seeing yesterday was pay day this come as somewhat of an annoyance. I yelled at the pay office yesterday, trying to convince them that if I wasn't paid today I'd be living on a park bench. I don't think they believed me, but they did say that they'd get around to paying me. Sometime.
Anyway, today's Friday, which is always good. Not sure what I'll do tomorrow, but I'm sure I'll find something!
