Weekend. And Stuff.

Had to work last night, that was lots of fun. Worked from about 1am thru until about 3am. I didn't bother to go bed after that though, I'm stupid. So I decided to sit up and watch the sunrise. Which I did. Then after that I thought I'd have a little lie down on the couch, for just second. That second turned out to be about 3 hours.

So that's why I'm dead tired at the moment, cause I've only had 3 hours sleep. This is no one's fault but my own. So don't feel sorry for me. Not that I expected you would.

Have you seen the movie As Good As It Gets? If not then you need to. It's fantastic. I haven't finished watching it and I'm already raving about it.

Still from someone that calls his favourite movies Clerks, Pulp Fiction and Terminator 2, you wouldn't want to listen to me when it comes to movie choices. But rent this movie now and watch it. It's worth it. Trust me.

I have to remember to put the rubbish out. I forgot to do it last week and now there is lots of rubbish. Too much rubbish. It's scary.

The downstaris neighbours are revovating. There is lots of banging and loud noises coming from their apartment. Still. They hear enough of that from our apartment (because of the music...) so I suppose it's only fair that we get the same back.

I have given up watching the damn cricket again. Stupid fecking South Africans. And stupid Ponting getting run out like that. Not fair! I am going to cop so much shit from everyone at work tomorrow. I mean, assuming we don't win that is. Which I really can't see us doing, but last time I said that I regretted it.

Had a good weekend. Friday night I was going to go out drinking beer with a vendor, but I was too tired so I just stayed home for the night. Saturday me and Bianca went into town and did some shopping. Well, Bianca shopped, I tagged along helping. Or making it more difficult, depending on how you want to look at it.

After that Bianca met up with her host brother from her time here before and we all went over to Devonport to sit in the sun, get crapped on by seagulls (I'm not making this bit up. Me and B got crapped on from a great height!!) and also had a quiet beer at the local pub.

Then we came back home, B went out for the night and I worked. Today B's gone down to Hamilton, and I just vegged out and read a few books, went for a walk up Mt Eden to get some sun and I'm now watching a movie and also semi-watching the cricket. Though I'm sure I know what's going to happen so I don't really want to watch.

Anyway.

If you live in Auckland and have nothing to do on Tuesday night be sure to come over to our place. We're having a Mexican going away party for Bianca. At least Bianca claims we are, I'm not sure if it's actually going to happen yet. Tequlia and lots of people. Has to be fun! And Wednesday is a public holiday, which means it'll be great for recovering!
