Holy Hell!
I just cooked my first roast and it turned out perfect! I must admit that I didn't roast the chicken, it was pre-cooked and all I had to do was heat it up. But apart from that I cooked it all! The roast potatos, the carrots! The amazing spinnach and the tomatos-in-balsamic-vinegar. Most impressive of all was the fact that I got the timing of everything right so that when it was time to serve everything was done! Woohoo!
Sarah's just got back from Spanish lessons and is watching "Desperate Housewives" on the Tele. We probably have to go out and do a few more census things before tomorrow night, but for the moment we're both taking it easy!

I might have mis-explained
I might have mis-explained that. The tomatoes were cooked in the balsamic, the spinach was seperate in a milk sauce.
Still very tasty, but not a magical combination like I explained it. Whoopsie.
