Can't be bothered to post much today. I went into town last night for a bit, just to say hello, then turned around and came back home again. Too tired and burnt out to stay much longer than that.

Like I said, I can't be bothered today. You should all read the new issue of The Onion instead.

Thanks to Julian D for the title of today's article, I guess I am a bit of a rent slut, seeing as I have been on the move all around Auckland since I got here.

I went and checked out the most fantastic place just now, it was a 2 bedroom cottage with a nice loungeroom. All wooden floors (can spill beer on wood) a nice little courtyard out the the front, a carpark out the back, storage under the house. It was really really nice. I put my name down, there are a bunch of other people that have done the same thing, so I just have to hope that my wonderful charm wooes them to accept me. The two girls who were there are going to report back to the landlord about who they think is most suitable. According to them I'm the best so far. But all...

I'm so tired! Had a great night last night with the Boss Man though, as we usually do. We went to one of those Belgian Beer Bars right in the middle of town and have a quiet few lagers. Well, I was drinking Cherry Beer while the boss was trying all the different Scotch Whiskey on offer. After that we went to my favourite watering hole, "The PlayHouse" then on to the casino. I don't ever bother to gamble there, I just go along and offer the Boss moral support. And rude comments. All good fun. Except now that it's 6pm I am so tired I can hardly keep my eyes open. Fek. I must be getting old.

Have I mentioned that I'm in love? I think I probably have already.



Got paid today! I'm going flat hunting tonight/tomorrow. I'm going to ring all the nice sounding ones tonight...

After discussions with people today I have decided I'm going to blow my car up once I get a new one.

In other news I'm walking out the door to go and drink beers with the BossMan.

It didn't rain again today. It was a nice and sunny. Amazing. Therefore it's freezing cold tonight.

Had a chat to mum on the phone tonight, Hi Mum. I'm going over to Sydney in August for her birthday. That'll be nice, I'm looking forward to it.



Had a lazy day today. Didn't do too much. Played on some swings this afternoon. It's been ages since I've done that.



My car's oil light has been coming on lots. I put some oil in to try and stop it doing that. It seems to have helped. That's about the 3rd time I've had the bonnet open since I've owned the car. I've owned the car for over a year.

Yes folks, dodgy cam is here. I was looking around the Dick Smith page today to see how much digital cameras were. Since Simon got once I thought I might get myself one, but I only wanted a really cheap one, nothing special, seeing as I have myself a really groovy 35mm camera already. So I went and brought one of these today. It was cheap as ($129) and it's tiny, easy enough to carry anywhere. It doesn't take very good quality photos, but I don't care, I just wanted a fun portable digital camera and that's what I got.

Ealier this morning I went shopping, it was such a nice day today I drove up to the shopping centre and had a bit of a look around. I ended up bying myself a cow with a big long spring, (photo taken with dodgy cam!) some tasty food and...

Wow. There is actually some sun today. Lots of sun. I don't see any rain clouds at all.

One of our routers shat itself last night, so I had to go into work at 9 this morning to patch it up. Now I'm back home, starving so I'm going to go up to the supermarket in a minute, buy myself some tasty coffee and some bacon. Mmmmm.

Watched the movie AI last night. That is one really really werid movie. My friend Marks tells me I should watch it a few times to really appreciate it. That might be a good idea, cause I'm still going "What the hell was THAT all about?" at the moment. I guess it might have been a little too intellectual for my small brain to handle.



Anyway. No point sitting here when it's sunny and stuff! Probably be the only night...

I went of lots of trouble this afternoon to make that new logo up there (if it still looks like the old one hold down the shift key and click on the refresh button in your browser) so you'd better like it or I'll come over to your place and sing the beer poem until you go insane.

Busy week, as usual. There have been some interesting things happen at work this week, but I'd better not write about them here as they're probably ment to not be made public. Nothing bad or anything, just internal workings and stuff. All very exciting.

I'll tell you another interesting story about work though...

Well some days just suck more than others, and today was definetly one of those days that sucked more. I was up all night coughing my guts up, slept in, got to work late etc. And it all went downhill from there!

Oh well. Shit happens, blah blah and stuff. I'll tell you what though, reading this has cheered me up no end.
