I've just finished work finally. What a hell night it was too, everything that could go wrong did.
I was just about to leave when I was reading the news and read about the latest space shuttle blowing up as it was close to landing. Poor people on board.
It's been a crap night!

I hate days like today. Usually I know I have lots of work on and I cope with it OK. Today I had this meeting about our usual work we do once a month. I had 3 jobs I knew about. In the meeting I was shafted with two other jobs I was "supposed to know all about". Yea, well I'm never going to fucking know about them if NO ONE FUCKING TELLS ME! I was so mad. Really really fucked off. I hate this shit. So now I have to spend all this Saturday night running around doing really manual labour stuff. Replacing hardware boxes. I hate that shit.

Sorry it's been a while since I updated, I've just been enjoying some time off.

Friday night I went into town with Emi to the Jazz bar. It's a cool little club, they have really cheap food there and it's really nice. They have cool Jazz music too, the singer often seems totally stoned but he does have a wicked voice on him.
Saturday was SPCA day, it was pissing with rain as I trudged up to the train station. The train finally came though, and I got to Mangare at 12:15pm. Uh-oh, ment to be at SPCA at 12:45. It took me a good 45mins to walk up there, one minute it'd be raining and the next minute it’d be sunny. I hate it when the weather is like that. Eventually I made it up there by 1:20pm. I just got home, and I have a message on my phone to ask if my paper arrived today and if not to contac the Herald.
I'm amazed. That sort of customer service is unheard of these days. I'm very impressed. I even wrote them an email just now to thank them. I wish more companies provided that level of service.
That's all. It's raining and crappy. I'm going to go and meet Emi in town so we can go to the Jazz Bar and get some food and some lager.

I got home last night and was so tired I thought I'd just have a little nap on my futon. Well, 12 hours later it's 6am and I feel much better. I didn't even have any tea. Ooops.
I guess getting up at 5am didn't help me. I'm glad I didn't end up having to do the 11pm->1am install that I thought I was going to have to do, I'd have snuffed it about 10pm I think.
And also I went for a big powerwalk around the lake near work yesterday. I've never walked so hardout for an hour before. Good exercise though.

I have a case of knee-itus. This is the very technical term for when your knee hurts like a bastard, for no explicable reason. It started hurting yesterday, all of a sudden giving massive bursts of pain for 3 seconds. All I was doing was sitting at the computer too. Stupid knee. It's probably pissed at me because I've been walking at least 3km each day, if not more.
I was up at 5am this morning for some more fun fun work. I think I have to work from 11pm->1am today too, that'll be even more fun. This job really blows sometimes.
I subscribed to the New Zealand Herald today. I am sick of not really knowing what's going on in the world, and having a paper to read in the morning will help me to eat breakfast. I've been doing really well with that though. I've been getting heaps...

I got a cable for my phone the other day. Now I can have mobile internet anywhere with my laptop. I even got the WAP stuff to work, so I can surf the web from my phone...
Yep, It's a lazy Sunday today. Though I do have to get up at 3am to go into town to stick a card in a box. My job rocks!
Haven't done much today, me and Emi got up and walked to get some breakfast. Then some DvDs, a bit of shopping and then back home again. The day seems to have gone really quick, but then we did get up at 10:30am.
Not much else to say really. Just thought I'd better chuck an entry in.
BTW: If you want to make a nice salad: Lettace, Three Cheese Sauce, Crutons and gratted chedder cheese. I stole it from Emi, but it's so tasty the world should know.

PS: Telecom disconnected my phone Friday for "Non-Payment" even though I'd paid. They turned it back on Saturday after I'd realised. I must remember to pay my bills on time.
